Annual Community Bank Director’ Conference
Join us on March 26th & 27th, 2018, for the 15th Annual Community Bank Directors' Conference hosted by The Bank CEO Network at the Hyatt Regency DFW hotel, Dallas, Texas. Oriented towards educating outside directors and CEOs of community banks, conference topics comprise important issues relevant to current operations of your bank and the director’s role thereto. Don’t leave your directors in the dark; educate them so they can make well informed decisions that promote your bank’s success.
As the community banking industry changes, the Director’s role will continue to develop. Questions regarding the future growth and direction of your bank will need to be considered by those leading the way. In order to make those decisions, directors must be up‐to‐date on the many issues that surround the community banking industry. We encourage you to give your directors the tools and education necessary to guide your bank through the industry’s most pressing issues.

CPA Continuing Professional Education
The primary purpose of The Bank CEO Network is to educate its membership (Community Bank CEOs from across the nation). By participating in the biannual meetings, members and meeting participants will garner an increased level of knowledge regarding, but not limited to, regulatory matters affecting community banks, credit issues, capital issues, strategy, technology, and security. Given that several of members are CPAs and have expressed a desire for continuing education credit, we have registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to provide an additional benefit to them.
Meeting participants who want CPE credit must directly notify us and/or signing in and signing out each conference day. Advance preparation is not required. The following disclosures are required as part of our agreement with NASBA:
Programs are delivered using the Group Live format.
Program level - Programs are designed for Bank CEO Network members. Unless specified otherwise, for CPE purposes we describe the program level as "Update.”
Our program usually offers one or more of the following fields of study:
After completing these courses, you will be able to differentiate between the three basic levels in an organization, define steps for your organization's strategic plan, have the tools to help manage and grow your bank, be able to define the best practices regarding your technology and productivity, and understand the most current banking rules and regulations.
The Bank CEO Network is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
CPE credit, based on NASBA standards, will be granted to participants who attend regular sessions. Meeting participants may earn up to 11 Continuing Education Credits (CEUs).
