The Bank CEO Network meetings are held over a two-week period - usually the

first two weeks of May and October. Members meet in two-day sessions at resort or business hotels throughout the continental United States.

 

Each session typically consists of four results-oriented discussion modules that provide CEOs specific ideas

and action plans for improving efficiency, financial performance, and employee

productivity.

In addition to biannual meetings, The Bank CEO Network promotes continuing education by providing:

 

  • An annual "Profit Improvement Survey Report" that identifies opportunities for increased revenue and reduced expenses through comparison of detail financial results with peers. One session each spring is often focused entirely on analysis of the results obtained through this proprietary analytical report

  • An annual “Community Bank Directors Conference” that, for an additional fee per registrant, members can use to help educate their directors on legal and regulatory issues confronting the bank industry, together with trends changing the business of community banking.

  • The Bank CEO Network has registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to also provide CPA Continuing Professional Education credits.
